I reached simple some time back. I am now back training the program 3-4 days a week with my 32 kg. I think its just a great way to start the day. I am considering going up in weight and found a 36 kg kb for a good price.
For those of you that went up, did you go straight to 40 kg or can it be good to use 36 kg for a while?
