Pavel says if your pursuing other weight lifting endeavors to scale s&s to two or three times a week. If you're doing three days a week of barbell training at night should you do s&s in the morning same day or your off days from barbell?

I would say no. Are you trying to improve the barbell training or S&S? I think that arrangement is not likely to help with either.

If you are trying to improve S&S, I wouldn't do a full barbell session that same day. Just do a few barbell moves and that's it.

If you are trying to improve the barbell training, just do S&S 2 times a week.

The way I did it: three sessions per week of barbell training.
Then, on off-days, S&S, but not forcing any progress: swings for conditioning, light and timeless - getup for mobility (so relatively light).
