Yes. But it is not pure S&S. It’s less of an issue with the 2.0 version until you reach timeless simple , as it’s more about being fresh for each rep. But there is an effect of full session adaptation, that would be more important for post timeless simple, or it was for any stage in 1.0.
There was a separate thread on ‘Strength Shortcuts’ by Geoff Neupert here on the forum, which is a training approach that assume splitting your training to multiple small sessions throughout the day.
