Hello all, My question concerns alternating S&S & Q&D. I considered switching b/w the two methods every 7 weeks. Taking a de-loading week every 6 weeks I.e 6/1. I practice BJJ 3 X Weekly. Q&D implies that his can be done for quite sometime. Am I barking up the right tree? My goal is to be fit for BJJ. Thanks in advance.
