I am 2 weeks away from my SFG certification, I am super excited.

Preparation is going really well and I think I am in a good place going in to the cert.

I already know I will gain a wealth of knowledge and a lifetime of experience.

I was just wandering what people took to the cert with them, what they filled the spare time with and if anyone has words of advice?
 
Spare time? Hah! Start at 8 am, go until 6 pm, go out to dinner with your cert-mates, get to sleep at 11, and get up to do it again.

What the other guys said (manual is amazing). Also roam roller, lacrosse ball, protein bars, coffee. Get extra psyched for the press lesson—Jon Engum taught it at The Dome & it just blew my mind.
 
Good advice given above already. I'd also add that at this point really watch a) overtraining, and b) your hand care. Nothing can ruin an SFG weekend like tearing a callus right before the event or soon after you arrive.
