Kettlebell SFG: Initiate the ascent with a grunt?

Remember this is a testing standard and once someone has enough time in creating the pressurization etc... of the grunt you can have a "silent grunt."
We want the audible grunt for testing to "prove" it is happening.
 
After reading the oxygen advantage last year, I have done all my KB work with nasal breathing only.
So, for me, the grunt is more of a growl as pressurized air goes past my vocal cords.

I agree that trying to "grunt" with my mouth now causes less tension than the growl.
