Looking forward to the next three days attending the SFG1 in Renton, WA! I'm so very thankful for all you out there for the input I've received either directly, or indirectly through other conversations on the forum.

Wow.

So much good stuff over the weekend. I am so very glad I went to this cert. I learned more in 22 hours than I have in an entire year. Teaching and coaching were spot on, and so very professional. I feel like I just ate two thanksgiving dinners and must just let it digest. I'm very excited to be able to bring what I've learned to my community and get people moving in the direction of strong.

Thanks again everyone for input in the last few months of my training for this.
