Barbell SFL - Requirements Questions

Steve, my packet from Nov 2017 says "you may wear flat-soled shoes, official weight-lifting soes or train barefoot."

And yes you can squat high bar. We practiced both, but the technique test can be done in whichever position you prefer.

Hopefully Doc can confirm this is still the case.
 
I'm glad I found this thread. I was about to ask if lifting shoes were allowed. The SFL Barbell Certification requirements article (link) mentions...
Equipment not allowed during testing: belt, knee wraps, wrist straps, or powerlifting suits.
But there was still a small doubt in my brain about the shoes. Perhaps we can update that page with equipment that is allowed, just to avoid future inquiries.
