Hey Shawn... (besides the unfortunate detour you were forced to take) how are you feeling from a performance perspective on this plan?

@off width- Not bad performance wise. Most of my training takes place around 5 a.m. so I don't usually train with carbs. I'm only doing swings and windmills and bottom 1/2 TGU's, when I add heavy DL's here in June I'll have to make adjustments.

No big, fun beer day today. I woke to my daughter not feeling well. No biggie, I'll keep the LC/Keto thing going another week.

Have a great day SF!!!

I do the majority of my training on an 'empty tank' as well. It's never been an issue for me.

Breakfast:
10 oz of steak
3 fried eggs

Lunch:
Foot long pulled pork sandwich on a giant sub roll covered in spicy BBQ sauce
BBQ baked beans
BBQ Man and Cheese

Carbs: A Metric A$$ Ton

The numbers are as accurate as I could get them and apply world wide. I was so tired I went home and slept for 2 hours. I went for a 2 mile walk when I woke up so I'm looking at it as carb loading, have to stay positive.

Have a great day, burp, excuse me, SF!!!

Out of sheer curiosity, what do your calories/fat/carbs/protein numbers look like when eating like that? I mean, besides a dozen eggs, it looks awesome.

Macros for the day

Carbs: 30
Fats: 226
Protien: 211

I'll eat more olives and maybe sardines to get the fats up. That will start tomorrow.

According to my calculations, you ate 2,998 calories. They broke down in percentages as:
Fat: 2034 kCal - 67.85%
Carbs: 120 kCal - 4%
Protein: 844 kCal - 28.15%

Olives & sardines will be necessary to get your fat numbers up. Well done though.

I am just not sure if I would want to be in your immediate vicinity with all those eggs consumed... o_O :D
