Barbell Shopping for bar question-cost vs quality

Most of the 1" plates I've come across are about 8-10" in diameter. I think they've all been 25# or less too. You would have to really stack them to the end of the bar to get 200#. You could use platforms to get the height equivalent. I still would rather use KBs in a confined space though.
 
Thanks. At the lower part of the price range, not much difference between standard and Oly so going w/ Oly set up.

After some days not stressing shoulder, this morning floor pressed light kb just to see how it went. 2 sets of 5 and no issues. So yes, might be form issue. When I tried bench a week or so age whenever that was, I was reminded how awkward I feel on a standard bench. I have to hyper extend my low back to the pain point to touch toes to floor. I pressed w/ my feet up on the bench. Might need to find someone in the area to give me a bench press lesson...
