No doubt about the benefits! More about structuring it in a way that is most beneficial and enjoyable.

I can’t help but already start thinking about my training plan starting on April 1st, 2022.
The enjoyability factor is not one I can relate to. I don't understand how the process of getting brutally strong isn't enjoyable.

Overcoming your previous limitations is fun. The feedback from DOMS is fun. The increase in capability is fun. The money in the bank to protect me from a vast array of health issues is fun.

There isn't one athletic endeavour that doesn't benefit from being stronger. Even shooting.

So I can help you with effective programming. I can't help you with fun programming.
