Day 1, week 3:

At my parents house. Not enough heavy kettlebells. Tried to use one 44 kilo kettlebell as goblet squat, but that was too heavy. I therefore had to use two plates of 20 kilo each. Holding them in front squat position. More heavy than with kettlebells.

40 kilo "front squat". ladder. 20 minutes. 5 ladders.

Walk-outs: 120 seconds combined.

Suitcase walk 44 kilo: Multiple set across the lawn of my parents.

New record: walk-out 5 minutes non-stop. I did it with a double set of hand raises at the bottom-position. Quite happy with this new record. The goal is ten minutes.

Day 3, week 3:

16+20: 2 set
20+24: 2 set
24+28: 14 set. (new PR)

20 minutes. I would say that this was very hard.

FSQ: 4 sets: 16+20 kilo.
FSQ: 4 sets: 20+24 kilo.
FSQ: 12 sets: 24+28 kilo. (new record)

90 seconds of walk-outs.

Tried to set a new record with mace bells:
9 kilo macebells: 40 reps of 360 each way.

Did sixth day of suitcase walk.

180 seconds of walk-outs. (not in one stretch). My goal is ten minutes in one stretch. My current PR is 5 minutes.

week 4, day 3:

FSQ: 24+28 kilo: 18 sets. New record.

Warm up was mace bell 10-2 and 360 with a curtain pole ( it warms me up, but does not load my elbows), some Indian squats and some glutebridge with twist.

This was hard: 8,5.

BTB 2.2:

Week 1, day 1:

FSQ: Ladders: 3 ladders + tested max and I managed 8 reps ( and maybe more).

Felt tired due to too little sleep, but the load felt easy.

Suitcase -walk session: 7. Done.
Walk-outs: 250 seconds. (one more session of this program. Using Plan Strong principles for this one. Quite funny and interesting.
