Simple and beyond

Victorious plan 1. Week 1. Day 3. Little sleep. 6 reps with 28 kilo is quite hard. This was hard probably due to bad sleep. Maybe increase the breaks or sometimes even consider to go down to 24 kilo.
 
Snatch plan 060. Phase 3. 12 kilo. 15,5 minutes. Jumping a bit between 16 kg and 12 kg. Anyway this is new record.
