Simple and beyond

Goblet squat: 40: 5/3
2h swing@40: 6/20 PR
Push ups and pull-ups without weight. Felt a bit dizzy.
 
37 minutes stationary Bike.
Tried to test neutral Grip pull-ups: 11 reps.
Tried to test semi Archer push-ups: 8.

Want to train these two exercises for 30 days: GTG.

Goblet squat@24: 5*3

Archer push-ups 6 reps.
Neutral Grip pull+ups: 5 reps
Superset. 3 rounds.

Felt tired before starting. And a bit dizzy. Will start doing exercises for the posterior deltoids regularly.

Neupert beta test program:
100 percent of maximum sets. 80 percent with 20 kilo. 20 percent with 16 kilo.
 
Yesterday: 27 minutes stationary Bike. Today: neupert beta testing program 80 percent 20 kilo, 20 percent 16 kilo. The program today was a bit easy.

Yesterday: at my parents place. Holiday.

Circle-training:

Carrying 30 kilo stone up a slight hill: 20 seconds.
Crawling up a slight hill: 20 seconds.
training the midle and lower trapezius by lifting the hands in a T and in an Y. Ten reps each (lying on my stomach)
Band rows (black iron woody band, single folded) 10 reps.

6 rounds.
