Nutrition Simple Ice Cream recipe

- 1.5 cups lactose free milk
- .5 cup sugar
- .5 cup brown sugar
- .5 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.3 cups Bob's Red Mill Whey powder (over 100grams protein)
-- mix in blender, add 1.5 cups heavy cream and stir, put in ice cream maker = ice cream that one can pretend is healthy, especially after a couple beers. Also goes great with coffee for a bowl of breakfast ice cream.
Makes about 8 cups at over 12grams protein per just from the whey.

This can be modified in a lot of ways to make whatever flavor you like.
