Simple Strength for Difficult Times - Slightly Modified

Coming to the end of @Geoff Neupert "The Wolf" with his "bolt-on's." Also coming out of a long shoulder injury, so I started light with 16kg and was able to introduce a couple sets of 20kg bells at the end. I was searching for something that would be just as challenging, without tanking myself. I settled on @Fabio Zonin Simple Strength for Difficult Times and slightly modified it. I love the flexibility of the structure to implement the bar, KB and bodyweight. Ill probably sick with squat, bench (maybe), DL on session days. I added another rest day, but also about this rotation:
  • on-on-off-on-on-off OR
  • on-on-off-on-on-off-off

Anyone tried anything similar?

Had run this program twice, S and S or Q and D snatches are a good choice for off days
That is a great idea as well. I find the template fairly flexible depending on individual focus around the non-core days. I am interested in getting my calisthenics chops up again, which would fit strength aerobics bodyweight portion.
