Really had to play this one by ear as was not recovered from Monday. Will probably need to reassess weight or do a heavy & Light day. Happy with the bench though as tired and still just below my current max.

body was still fatigued from barbells earlier in the week. It’s amazing how much more they seem to take from you compared to kettlebells.

think I probably need to do a heavy then volume day ?? Or at least have s&s days the day after. Squats felt great though.
