TGU work 5x1 at 24kg bell (5'40")

total Simple time was 21'14"

added: 5x5 double 24kg bell OH press, then pull ups 3-2-2-1-1 (this portion of workout was 13'53")

a.m. Rx LISS so --> walk 40'26" 2.55 miles; Stationary bike conditioning 20'; walk 64' 3.56 miles.
(total time over 2 hours continuous.)


p.m. 15' mobility. shoulders and upper thoracic.

Q&D type work. 5 ROUNDS of SuperSet
5 explosive push ups with 5 explosive swings (24kg), rest 3' repeat.
Total workout time = 19'

a.m. 2.3 mile walk in 40 minutes.

p.m. Animal Flow 15', self guided.

p.m. A+A work (swings)
Ten (10) two-hand KB swings on the 2' mark, repeating for 10 rounds.
24k-24-24-28-28-28-28-32-32-32. 19'. HR would go from 80ish to 130ish back to 80ish.
105 avg HR. 136 max HR.

p.m. 50' Conditioning on Stationary Bike. Stayed right in that MAF pocket of 110 to 135 HR.

23ish minutes total work.

Double KB Press Ladder with 24kbs
3 rounds (1-2-3-4).
Finished with pull ups 2-2-1-1-1.
total time = 17'45"
