Kettlebell Single Kettlebell Complexes

Thank you. The Forum has been a great resource for me recently.

I just finished reading The Quick & The Dead and I am in. Any advice for the kettlebell test? I’ll likely be doing the ‘sprint test’ solo so any advice is appreciated.
I videoed myself with a countdown timer to confirm my 24kg bell was sufficient.

I foolishly set the timer for 20 seconds and was glad to confirm that my first 20 seconds were consistent powerful reps. At the time I knew I couldn't make 30 seconds with the same tempo.

I'll be starting a new Q&D cycle soon and will test for the full 30 seconds as written.

Just judge it for yourself as set forth in the book.
Except future you watching the 30 second video is your training partner.

A mashup complex I've been using for Strength Aerobics recently has been a Clean, Bent Press, Get-Down, and Floor Press. Purposefully I've made this more upper-body focused to both own the weight (with the goal of pressing it overhead) I'm using and save my legs for the other parts of my workouts. It takes about 25-35 seconds a side and I'll shake it off for up to 45 seconds or so and go to the other side.
