Hi!
My name is Jarran coming from Adelaide Australia.
31, 90kg, 181cm

Have been following S&S on and off for the past year before actually reading Simple & Sinister.

Sports I am getting strong for:

- Aerial Straps
- Climbing
- Parkour
- Trail Running

Recharge consists of S&S with a 20kg Daily on waking
Training is:
- 2-3 x per week S&S with 32kg
- 2 x per week Aerial Straps training

The starting of this training log is my commitment to the cause and the slow grind towards achieving the Sinister.
 
210331 - First 32kg Simple attempt.

Notes:

- Leaning back too much on the top of swings
- Lost footing at least once on swings
- Weak wrist on at least one getup

Simple now seems the right level of difficulty to manage regular training periods, there does not feel like the possibility of damage nnow, especially to shoulders.
