Six Weeks to Strong

Hi everyone,

today I started the "Six Weeks to Strong" plan.

I really enjoyed it, but was wondering how I could program Swings into that.
I'm looking for the most efficient, but least interferring template.

Maybe someone here can help me out.

As with most programs I would leave it alone. I have derailed too many times in the past trying to add a little extra here and there and having it interfere with recovery. Mileage however may vary.

Fabskl, try 10x10 swings 2-3 times a week according to S&S.
