Bodyweight Slow twitch training

Hey folks

I was going to do this before but found a good gym and got into a good program.

Feeling a little beaten up from weights and needing a change. I thought about Pavel's slow twitch program for diamond pushups and chins. I would do this twice a week + 2 sessions with some normal lifts (legs, shoulder work etc).

Thoughts?
