Barbell Smolov Switching Cycle

I’m finishing my last week of the Smolov Base Cycle tomorrow and then moving in to the “Switching Phase”. PTTP has some suggestions on exercise choice but I am wondering how this phase is normally programmed throughout the 2 weeks.
Does anyone know what the Switching Cycle should look like?
 
There seems to be nothing specific. Squat jumping etc. everything explosive you can think of. I'd do only light squats with bands, probably on box. Maybe you still have to do three workouts a week.

Now I want try this program sometime. Don't know when.
