LOL. Back when I was a rookie on my rugby team, part of rookie initiation was putting on a show for the vets. I did an impression of our coach, and listed increasingly insane suggestions, like a half-marathon warmup before practice, mid-practice break of pushing a tractor trailer, etc. It wasn't so far off since she would randomly have us do things like laps while holding logs on our backs. In hindsight it was phenomenal functional fitness; at the time it sounded insane.
