Same design, I can't speak to its quality relative to the real US issued model however. An ebay search for "medium ALICE" should bring up plenty for sale, if it looks new it is most likely not the genuine article. They do appear to have risen in price, ten years ago every military surplus store in the country had a dozen or so sitting in a corner for $20-$40.
