Other/Mixed Special forces selection

Hi,

I want to talk about training load in preparation for this event. I have to run 3 times a week (long run 10-15km, 5km intesive and intervals for Cooper test). I have 3 to 4 training sesion for strengt endurance a w. What type of program would you recommend? I propably will have to do high reps push ups, squots, sit ups in the event, but I do not think that, would be wise to train high reps crossfit WODs. Thanks for opinions.
 
Think about the kinds of things that can break you or break you down during selection. Then train for durability rather than focusing on performance. Durability is king. As long as you are not broken and have not quit, you are still in the game.
