Hi, I am looking for 4 weeks training advice for women. The goals are 10 RM front Squat as heavy as possible and see saw press max reps in one minute. Actualy she can do 10-12 Squats with 2x 16 kg and 10-12 reps double presses with 8 kg. A pyramid ledders 3 times a week would be good idea?
