Depends on your goals I guess but I hope you join us!If you were doing other programs ( I like doing Strong with double bells ), could you simply just do one day a week warming up and do some reps ?
Be careful! It can be addicted!don’t want to interfere with my main work, but I do have plans to do some barbell work again in future, so I think once a week I can add BB squats in. If for no other reason than practice.
how do you feel? do you like it? and is that for strongman training?I did 15 front squats to a box at 135 today.
It was my accessory work after deadlifts.how do you feel? do you like it? and is that for strongman training?
225 for 31. Standard high bar below parallel.
Threw up.
Twice.
Beat most reps ever with 225 by one though.
I’m not doing it again, it was too much. Can’t use the stairs today, & I usually get even sorer the second day. Not looking forward to work tomorrow. You are a brave man.
You say that now... When someone does 32 you might think differently...I’m not doing it again, it was too much. Can’t use the stairs today, & I usually get even sorer the second day. Not looking forward to work tomorrow.

I'd pass on adding my own age to the list, but if you or anyone wants me to, I absolutely will!@Boris Bachmann How do you, & calling the other guys on The List, feel about adding an age next the names on The List? Optional of course.
Just a thought to give chops to the “still grinding crew”.
Eg: @Jayrob ’s 405 looks impressive on the list, but if his age was next to that number, then it’s truly outstanding!
Nice work! Yeah, be safe, Rob - this is an informal and fun affair here!10@135
10@225
8@315
2@405
I hope to get 405 for 5 in the next week or two. I am done with the high reps, anything over 5! Since my heart attacks I can't breathe doing a lot of reps plus for powerlifting I like 1, 2, & 3 reps.
