Wanted to get a squat form check from more experienced lifters here atleast in squat regards. Fairly new to squats but have been trying to get it down to no back or knee pain. Have succeeded and was wondering how it looks. Thanks

Looks good to me too, @josh appleberg ! Nice set-up and un-rack, you're good and tight, you used the breath to help get tight, your descent is controlled, your legs hold a good position, your upper back stays solid, your bar path is consistent, the weight looks challenging but do-able. All good. The only little thing I noticed is you initiate the movement (especially the 2nd rep) by moving the hips back before you let the knees bend or the torso angle forward... I would suggest doing these 3 things all at one time, just like when you go to sit down on a chair or curb. That way you don't put your lower back into extra extension and it keeps the movement more coordinated. But, that's a minor adjustment. Good work and hope that helps.
