Cearball,
my critique points are…
- to much butt wink ( in this regard rep no.1 was best;
try to go only as deep as your spine remains neutral )
- the bar path could be more straight and vertical
( hip hinging and knee bending more synchronized )
- try to move downward slowly and controlled
With some time of good practice you will definitely have a good squat.

here is the link. I definitely feel I round to get more depth but I suppose my question is what is allowable amount of butt wink.

I have been working with goblet squats as a form of warm up for about a year to 1 & a 1/2 years . generally when I do them I work for more depth without worrying too much about butt wink.
