Sorry if this question has been asked many times before, but can't find a relevant thread so far. I'm 4 weeks in to S&S and loving it (24kg). But I miss snatches. Is it heresy to contemplate a day per week doing different lifts or is there an acceptable way to squeeze in a snatch day? And if so, what sort of workout? (Left to my own devices I would just do 20kg 10/5 and a few slow goblet squats). Thanks
