Hi @Mirek

I’m now training in a very limited situation with an adjustable dummbell (Which luckily is compatible with Barbell plates), some plates and a pull up bar.

So my Clean and Press is with DB, increasing 5 pounds when i reach 50 reps in 20 minutes.

Today

BB Clean and Press

41 reps/ 20 min
51 kg

BB Curl
12/12/12 22 kg

I found an old and rusty barbell in a friend’s garage, and it incredibly fits my plates! So my 50/20 can be more balanced (as Bryce Lane wrote it):

Mon/Thur Barbell Clean and Press
Tue/Fri Barbell Clean to Front Squat

I don’t have a rack, so my Clean has to improve a lot and i’ve to become more and more proficient at it...it is a good challenge, as i find Clean one of the greatest lift...

Reading Bryce original writing, i only add some Curls in my Upper Body days and nothing more
