End of the 5th Step, overall a good week...but i’m not completely happy with the groove of my reps...so, next week i’ll repeat the 5th step (even if I nailed all the reps) to reinforce technique
Other impressions: I chose these 3 exercises to gain strength in my upper body and for the freedom to train everywhere...I use a 1.30 minute of rest between sets and I feel my muscles really working! Maybe next week i’ll Bump rest time to 2 minutes
