Been lifting weights and strength training in one way or another my whole life
Best lift right now would have to be my deadlift...I have not checked my max again this season but last summer I pulled 400lbs. Full disclosure that was in a smith machine rack vs free weights but I'm still pretty pleased with it.
Currently working on overall strength (legs are relatively weak), size, and conditioning. With my current goal of working up to a (legit free weight) quater ton DL.
