Some of heart rate zones is dependent on the style of locomotion and seems to be related to how much of your body weight you’re having to support against gravity. Typically max HR for running > cycling > swimming.Hey Anna… I’m curious why you say this?
Wonder where kayaking falls in?
I’m f max hr is different depending on sport I’d imagine that MAF zones are variable as well.
