Hi,
I can't get into position for the QL Straddle as described in Simple and Sinister. I can barely get my legs to 90 degrees apart, and when I do, my lower back is very rounded. There's certainly no room to lean in either direction.

Is there a stretching progression to get me there?
I have the Relax into Stretch DVD. Which stretches should I be focusing on, or are there others not in the DVD that anyone can recommend?
 
Elevate yourself about 6 inches off the ground while leaving your heels at ground level. A lot of people have troubles with the straddle if their hips and heels are at the same height.
