Ladies and Gentlemen,

Please help me by providing links to StrongFirst blog posts that contain training programs. I want to create a sticky post with a link to each of these blogs, and also provide a brief description of each, something a little longer than just the title but not so long as to describe the entire program. You're welcomed to contribute your suggestions on that wording, too.

Please limit your choices to things you find here on the StrongFirst web site in our blog.

StrongFirst forum posts that contain training programs? I doubt it but I'll consider your suggestions.

Links to outside sources that contain free training programs? Probably for another sticky post but not this one.

Please reply to this thread - I will leave it up for a few days, then compile the results.

NB: I plan to do something similar for barbell, bodyweight, and mixed modality training programs.

Thanks in advance for your contributions.

@apa, I don't think the blog article you gave is kettlebell specific - we'll save that, even though it contains an kettlebell program example, for the multi-mode section - or maybe it's appropriate for both. Regardless, thank you for your contribution.

Everyone else, thank you, and keep those cards and letters coming! :)

The 5 Week, Whole Body Single Kettlebell Program

This one is by Pavel but the original site is badly designed The 5-Week, Whole Body Single Kettlebell Workout and the forum users created a better link. It is interested because it is a press and swing combo and suggests 7 rep swing reps.
