The 5 Week, Whole Body Single Kettlebell Program

This one is by Pavel but the original site is badly designed The 5-Week, Whole Body Single Kettlebell Workout and the forum users created a better link. It is interested because it is a press and swing combo and suggests 7 rep swing reps.

Not from the Strongfist site but I okayed it with Steve first. Both are by Craig Marker


The Hybrid Power Conditioning Program
Simple endurance plan, using the kettlebell swing. A+A

Waves of Strength: Soviet-Style Periodization
Strength program, plan strong, 1 arm kettlebell press

As far as I can see, Craig summarized those two articles in a combined SF article:
A Science-Based Plan to Prepare You for the SFG Level I and SFG Level II | StrongFirst

The strength plan, however, is a 6 week instead of a 4 week plan. Same same but different :)
