Mobility work - OS & T-spine mobility drills.
Swings - 10 x 10 (10L/10R) 32kg
7pm:
Warm up - Goblet Squats 2x5 (32kg), Halos 2x10 (5L/5R) 16kg.
TGU - 5 x 1 L&R (32kg).
10 min crawls:
49 secs - rest 1.25 min
1.16 min- rest 1.25 min
1.09 min- rest 2.31 min

In yesterdays post of spoke of taking a few days off, but due to the way I document my log, I had already performed the morning S&S swings, so decided complete session with TGU's in the evening as planned and threw in Crawls afterwards.
I feel better for the doing the TGU's there is something magic in them that gets the blood flowing even in a tired state, similar to Crawling.
Crawling I'm still playing around with trying to work out when best to schedule them, they felt really good after the TGU's, hence the slightly longer sets than my previous posts.
Mar 2nd - Rest day
6am:

I've been doing 4 x 10 (I'm 41) Hack Squats for the last 4 days (forgot to document).
I noticed good carry over to TGU's, my knees felt stronger and more stable in the lunge (up and down).
