Had a cold for the last few days so took a couple of days away from Kbs, just OS, then eased back into it.

November 13th

Did a few single btp instead of 2 or 3 reps due to my cold. Felt really good after these. I'll stick with singles for a while.

I've started to GTG Naked Warrior throughout the day. ALREADY seen some carryover benefit in the bent press.

I've tried one repeat with the 32kg previously over the last few months, sometimes with success and other times not. In last night's session the 28 started to feel too light, my form became a bit lazy so I decided to retry to 32 for a repeat. To my surprise it flew straight up and felt very little difference to the 28. I carried on the repeats until I'd knocked 10 repeats out with it. I wasn't expecting this and proves spending more time with the lighter bell builds readiness for the heavier.

Felt tired after 10 reps and form suffered so stopped. My daughter has been wal8ng through the night this week, think the lack of sleep caught up with me.

Had a heavy cold for the last few days, only managed to get a couple of A&A sessions in with the 28kg. I'm planning to up the repeats with the 28 over the next few sessions then bring back in the 32.
 
December 6th

Had to stop as tweaked my back, not by snatching but was working on my laptop inbetween repeats. I must have ment over my desk at an awkward angle and got a twinge. Tried 16th repeat but didn't feel right so stopped. Lesson learnt do t lean at stupid angles in between repeats!

Afternoon:
Arm bar to bent arm bar.

The twinge in my back had gone.

Evening:
Easy pace run 45 mins.
