Ive taken a slight change of tack with my training. I've been intrigued by kettlebell sport since training with KBs about 10 years ago, but the time and training commitments are too much for my work/family lifestyle at the moment so I've decided instead to follow the high rep format in
@Physical Culture book Classic Kettlebel Lifting. Essentially I'm taking a break from A&A style lifts and trying lower weight high rep. I'll still focus on bent press clusters but will move this to the start of my practise.

I've really enjoyed the high rep work this week and its been very humbling having to use the single 16kg again. It's hard to judge the benefits after just a week, but I was able to comfortably BtP the 40kg for all cluster reps for the first time! Happy to see where high rep work takes me.
