I'm rerunning 1.0 with the 28kg bell, the 24kg just felt too easy. 28kg felt more challenging but still 10 RM ( I tested it yesterday).

I've also reintroduced Fabios swings on the hour and been doing almost daily 10 mins of crawls but not continous .I.e. crawl for 20 paces walk back and go again.
I like the swings they seem to be just enough volume to provide an added power boost. And reintroduced crawls for movement pattern, but easing back into them to ensure they don't impact The Giant recovery. I'm also still doing OS resets daily.

I pulled a muscle in my neck and trap, due to not paying attention in the last set. I was talking to my daughter whilst training and paid the price with bad form. I've not been able to train for the rest of the week, my neck muscle strain is improving today and hopefully I'll be ready to start 1.1 next week.

A while since I posted , been doing Giant and a 12 week LCCJ programme. I've had a calling back to the bent press, been doing some daily grease the groove and had
forgotten how good this lift is.
Easing back in with Justa-fied singles.
70% 1RM = 28kg
Day 1 : 15 x 1 (L&R)
 
Haven't updated my log for a while, been continuing with btp ladders 3 x a week with daily OS and hindu pushup/squats and almost daily mace work, crawling and walks. I've been thinking about how to train in 2022 with my up coming cricket season starting in May and decided to return to A&A snatches and BTP, I recall theses have worked best for me in the past and reaffirmed by checking my log.

Dec 27th
Morning:
OS, Hindu pushups/squats
BTP ladders 32kg 1,2,3 x3

Afternoon:
A&A snatches 28kg: 24x5

First A&A session in over a year felt great I conservatively went with the 28kg, but felt a little light so next session will be with the 32kg

Afternoon:
A&A C&J 2x28kg: 20x1
I've tried A&A CJ in the past after discussing with harald motz and wanted to try again. An A&A alternative session, rather than staple.
