@Abdul Rasheed I'm following From Simple to Sinister. I hit a bit of a sticking point with the 40kg, which over time I could have worked through with S&S, but decided to try From Simple To Sinister. The link us further up this thread, I can recommend it if you are looking to get to Sinister.
 
Thanks @Abdul Rasheed. Stick with S&S, soon enough the 32kg will be your 'light' KB.

My breathing felt the best it had ever been for these swings, I was able to stay really calm and focused for the whole session. I felt I could have kept going for another 20 swings.
Note to self - this is a reminder to stay calm and focused and the swings take care of themselves.
This session completed the 3rd and highest volume week (700 swings) of 'From Simple to Sinister'. Next week 300 swings including 100 swing test on friday.

Suffering from a heavy cold, but today was test day so gave it a crack, just swings no get ups. A month on From simple to sinister has been very beneficial in helping get over a sticking point with the 40kg swings.
 
My heavy cold turned in to the flu last week so KB's took a back seat until friday.

I've introduced the Armbar and Windmill to work on my T-Spine mobility. These feel really good first thing along with OS. On days I don't do S&S I'll also do 16kg goblet squats.

Felt really tired post work, due lack of sleep over the last few weeks with the kids and myself beng ill. TGU's with the 40kg wasn't going to happen safely and in hindsight should have reverted to 32kgs for the swings, form wasn't great.

Suffering from lack of sleep only a couple of hours each night.
