February 18th
Morning:

Mace 5kg: 360's x 5 each direction 10-2s x 10 then switched hands and repeated. Total 6 repeats.

Evening:
KBFSQ: 3 x 3 (2×24kg)
A+A clean & push press: 1rx45
Bent Press 32kg : 3 × 2 each side L&R.

@Harald Motz I tried a few clean and push press doubles, they took around 17 seconds, but felt a little rushed. Singles felt more suited to A+A.
 
Although aimed for Harald I am taking the note myself as well :)

I'll try push press for doubles tomorrow (no re-clean) and see how long a set takes.
Lol, by all means we're all friends here :). I recleaned after each push press, just because I like the balance of the push and pull. Without the clean should take a few seconds less. I'd be interested to see how you get on.

Evening:

DKBFS: 3 x 3 (2×24kg)
A+A snatches 32kg: 22 x 5 repeats

I was aiming for more repeats but around repeats 19 and 20 my hands began to tear.
This is getting a little frustrating as I feel I can push higher repeats with the 32kg but my hands are holding me back.
I didn't have this problem with the 28kg. Need to check my technique.
Thinking of alternating 28 and 32 each repeat to get the repeats back up to around 30ish.

I can feel the benefit of the clean and push press sessions in snatch. My snatch feels much more powerful.
Stopped at 20 repeats as my hands are still recovering from tears.

Farmers carries: 2x32 and 2x24 by feel.

C&PP 24s are feeling pretty easy, I tried a pair of 32s, the clean was fine but my CNS wasn't confident to put them over head.
Time to get the body used to that weight, or buy another 28kg.
 
I had the same thing when I tried the go from 24+20 to 28+24, I started doing some double rack carries with them once a week, maybe should bump it to twice.
Double carries are a great idea and cheaper than buying another 28kg. I'll start this over the weekend. Thanks for the advice.

Due to family commitments I did this session before breakfast, by the 10th repeat of A&A my mind was on food. My hands were fine to keep going after 20 repeats but form was suffering as my body wanted feeding.

2x24kg is proving to light for the c&pp, I feel like I could do another 100. I stopped due to the length of the session. Next session I'll use 24 + 28kg.
