I apologize in advance if this has been answered a billion times. I went through the last page or so and didn't see a post for it. I'm wondering if there is an option as to which form you must use or does it not matter. I'm planning on doing the fall TSC and want to start planning a program. Thanks for any information any of you can provide.

@ShawnM, everywhere is the same - in all federations, in the TSC, etc., you may choose to pull conventional _or_ sumo. You could even vary it by the attempt, doing your first attempt sumo and the next one conventional.

The TSC follows USAPL/IPF rules for the deadlift. If you look that up, you'll find the rule book online.

Best of luck in your training for the next TSC.
