Kettlebell Supplementary Training to Enhance S&S?

Do S&S ...after you're done and rested do a few cycles of dips/push ups/evil wheel.
Ruck 2-3 days per week.
Do GTG weighted pull ups and pistols 5 days per week.
Never workout more than 45 mins tops. Sleep 7-9 hours, eat intelligently. You will become strong.
 
I think the 2.0 book actually addresses this thread's issue.
Basically, the idea is to get to Simple, and then after that you have a menu to choose from.

This is what I do, your mileage may vary...
S&S in the morning 6 days per week.
Martial Arts in the evening 5 days per week (two different systems)
at lunch I either go for a walk or do Warrior Wellness (joint mobility routine)
