Hi all,
have you ever done or heard of this:
5x swing 5 saquats
10x swing 5 squats
15x swing 5 squats
20x swing 5 squats
25x swing 5 squats
swings are in sets of 5 with a very short rest in between. (T. Reifkind has such a workout suggestion).
What do you think of this "ladder"? I actually like these kind of workout since I am not really into lifting or working with barbells, I would make this practice my "leg day".
Any opinions/adcive?
Thanks, g. :)

It has a Dan John-ish flavour to it, with the 75 swings :) I guess the squats would be goblet squats in this setting?

Yes...or as deep as you can. You can add a swing before you squat and you end up with 100 swings. It takes about 8 to 9 minutes-depending on your resting time.
Could it be considered a more strength oriented training?

If you mean limit strength, it would not be strength-oriented IMHO, since with the high number of swings, and goblet squats the load will probably be relatively low. For limit strength my choice would be ladders of heavy double bell front squats and some double swings or very heavy single (one-bell) swings of relatively low numbers.
