Looks great to me! Good alignment, shoulder pack, plank, and hinge; all looks good. Keep working towards a deeper hinge and more explosive power on the upswing, but I'd say you're just right for starting out.
Thanks for the reply. I find tensing my abs as if bracing to be punched the hardest part. I tend to relax my upper body on the extension.
I have been swinging for a few years randomly. Learned from ETK and bought S&S a year ago or so. Not sure why I've never implemented the program fully but decided I will now, as I'm looking to get even more active.
