Off-Topic T levels

Here’s part of rhe T Hamster wheel as I understand it:

Your “lower T” could be a good thing. The more you exercise (within reason and Pavel’s methods seem to fit this) the more T you produce. Your body then creates more androgen receptors to make use of this extra T. That is also a good thing. Why produce more if your body can’t use it? It’s not uncommon apparently to have world class athletes that have “low T”. I wouldn’t sweat it personally. Since I added magnesium to my diet to offset the Vitamin D I have to take (Vit D levels are linked to T), I sleep better. Sleep is very important to T levels. My .009291 cents.
