Row 5K @2:11.7 pace

Only had knee sleeves to squat in. I usually need to wear wraps to squat comfortably.

Christmas Deadlift Challenge
My son and my daughter’s boyfriend wanted a DL competition. Probably not the smartest thing I’ve done, but a couple of drinks gave me confidence
245 x 3
315 x 3 (the boyfriend got this for a single but tapped out after)
365 x 2 (son did a single with this)
415 x 2 (son did a single then withdrew)
465 x 2 (had to show off my “old man strength”)
